Why is my bank account not being verified

I have been waiting for my bank account to be verified for over a month only to log on today and have that be erased from my withdraw accounts. it just wasn't there anymore. Even though the Saber support was active all day he never answered any of my messages. i filed a complaint and still haven't heard anything. Don't understand how this is legal. I got my payout at the end of JULY and still can't get the money.
