Hi everyone,
I’m trying to set up webhooks in RiseWorks to trigger actions whenever a new lead is added, but I’m running into some issues. I followed the documentation on docs.riseworks.io
, but the webhook doesn’t seem to be firing, or I’m not receiving the expected payload.

Has anyone successfully configured webhooks in RiseWorks? I’m specifically looking for guidance on:

The exact endpoint format to use

Required headers or authentication method

Common mistakes that prevent webhooks from triggering
